How Does It Work?

Metabolic health testing looks at how digestive function, inflammation, and nutrient absorption may be reflected through key markers in the blood.

  • The Metabolic Health Test measures key blood markers linked to digestive health, inflammation, nutrient absorption, and metabolism.
  • The test analyses 23 important health markers, including cholesterol, HbA1c (a diabetes indicator), CRP (inflammation), vitamin B12, folate, iron, and liver function. Together, these markers provide valuable insight into your metabolic and nutritional health and can help reveal how your body may be responding to your diet.
  • By assessing these markers as a complete panel, the test can help identify patterns that may be associated with gut-related
imbalances, nutrient deficiencies, inflammation, or hidden food sensitivities. Your results include clear next steps, such as speaking with your GP or making lifestyle and dietary changes with support from an expert Nutritional Therapist.
