Why 91% of our customers recommend our FoodScan Programme
An incredible 91% of our customers would recommend the YorkTest FoodScan Programme. Why? We believe it is because 3 out of 4 of them told us they felt better after acting on their results with our support and guidance.**
The YorkTest FoodScan Programme not only includes testing of 113 different foods for food-specific IgG antibodies, it also provides easy to read colour-coded results, a comprehensive guidebook and 12 week food diary. This information is crucial in supporting you with your elimination diet. What’s more, you will also receive two telephone consultations with a BANT* registered Nutritional Therapist.
Want to be tested for drinks too? Find out more about our fully comprehensive YorkTest Food&DrinkScan Programme that analyses IgG antibody reactions to 158 food and drink ingredients.
The test itself is an easy pin-prick 2-3 blood drop sample. Simply return your sample in the pre-paid envelope provided (UK only) to our York laboratories for expert analysis. Your confidential results are then posted to you within ten working days.

Olympian and world marathon record holder Paula Radcliffe told us that she started to suffer from symptoms that were so unbearable it was affecting her training.
She was recommended to use the FoodScan programme from YorkTest Laboratories by friends and fellow athletes.
Her test came back informing her she had IgG antibody reactions to egg, chicken, wheat, tomatoes and dairy.
After some time on her new diet Paula returned to YorkTest for a retest of her FoodScan. Her results came back as a surprise as she learned that she was reacting to blackcurrant, yeast, soya bean, gluten and chilli pepper. Paula was advised on how to best eliminate these foods from her diet without taking away their key health benefits.

I was shocked that I could be reacting to these foods as they are not the usual suspects, it made sense as I was drinking blackcurrant juice nearly every day, yeast and gluten was in virtually every meal and I included peppers in my food several times a week.

It's priceless to be able to get up in the morning and feel absolutely brilliant.
