Lucinda Finlay suffered from debilitating migraines which became progressively worse over a 3-year period. The 25-year-old Rural Surveyor took regular medication to manage her symptoms, but it left her feeling overweight, slow and sluggish. She often felt unable to work, and was no longer socialising with friends.
Her doctor referred her to a specialist who arranged for a CT scan, and later prescribed strong medication. As her migraines increased in frequency, this had a knock on effect on Lucinda’s stress levels.
