Meet our Nutritional Therapists
Here at YorkTest, we understand that making dietary changes can be a challenging task. We therefore provide comprehensive post-test support, which includes up to two telephone consultations with one of our qualified nutritional therapists.

Why do we provide nutritional consultations?
Good question! Everything we do has the customer in mind, which is one of the reasons why we’re a leading provider in food and drink specific IgG antibody testing programmes.
When you receive your results, it can be daunting to know what to do next or how to take your next steps. You may also have a number of questions during your post-results stage; you might be unsure what replacement foods you can have, how your intolerances have slipped into your diet, or which commonplace foods contain your trigger foods.
Our team of qualified nutritional therapists are truly committed to giving you tailored advice based on your results.

What are the benefits of your consultation?
Bespoke advice for you
Help with interpreting your results and optimising your diet
Aligning pre-existing diets (vegan, vegetarian, allergy-specific, such as nuts) with your elimination diet
Clear and informative guidance
Recommendation on supplements/probiotics to heal the gut
Ideas and inspiration for new and alternative foods and recipes to replace your trigger foods
Help with ensuring you are still enjoying your food

                    Who are our nutritional therapists?
Nutritional therapists, who are part of our service, are nutritional experts with substantial theory and practice knowledge behind them. Nutritional Therapists require a recognised degree and are often registered to specific training providers. They often work in private practice and see clients for consultations on a one to one basis.
Nutritional Therapists recognise that each person has their own set of dietary requirements and offer tailored advice and individual care based on this, as opposed to focusing on general advice.
