I’m Mona – I’m a naturopathic nutritional therapist trained in Dublin, Ireland by the College of Naturopathic Medicine. I also hold an MSc in Health Fitness Management and Nutrition from The American University, Washington DC.

After 20+ years in Europe, I am back in the metropolitan Milwaukee, Wisconsin area, working in a Naturopathic Clinic.  With a passion for helping people improve their wellbeing through real food and natural therapies, my goal is to empower people to become their own best health advocate.

I have experience in the health industry running a Holistic Wellness Centre, teaching workshops & classes, and providing personalised nutritional therapy, health counselling and nutrition response testing.

Why yorktest?

I work with many clients that have autoimmune diseases and, in my experience, yorktest helps with healing the digestive lining by identifying the foods that are triggering inflammation and contributing to a leaky gut.  yorktest takes the guess work out of my job and removes the doubt in my client’s mind, so a win-win situation!

What are the highlights of your role?

People feel better quickly which is fantastic – often within days!  It’s also a good news story, as it’s not a lifetime elimination of the particular trigger foods. Most clients can happily reintroduce their reactive foods if they are diligent in the elimination phase.  The best part is that most of my clients end up eating better overall.  I always say, food intolerances are a mixed blessing!
