Within just 10 days, after posting your simple pin-prick home blood test kit back to our York laboratories, we will deliver clear colour-coded results detailing all the food and drink ingredients tested. Our Food&DrinkScan Programme also includes two telephone consultations with a BANT* registered Nutritional Therapist to help create your new diet plan.

Olympian and world marathon record holder Paula Radcliffe told us that she started to suffer from symptoms that were so unbearable it was affecting her training.
