Tinsley Erickson
I’m Tinsley – a Nutritional Therapist who graduated from the Nutritional Therapy Association in 2020. I’m passionate about helping people better understand their bodies and feel confident in their health choices. My interest in nutrition began from a desire to improve overall wellbeing and has developed into a career focused on supporting others through practical, personalised nutrition strategies. I enjoy staying active and spending time outdoors, and I value creating a balanced lifestyle that is both realistic and sustainable. I also enjoy travel, good food, and finding simple ways to make healthy living enjoyable.
As a Nutritional Therapist, many of my clients come to me with concerns around digestive health, food sensitivities, and low energy. I have a strong interest in gut health and enjoy supporting clients with weight management, hormone balance, and overall wellbeing. My approach is client-centred, focusing not only on nutrition but also on mindset and lifestyle habits. I believe that lasting change comes from small, manageable steps, and I work closely with clients to create plans that are both achievable and tailored to their individual needs.
I genuinely enjoy what I do and feel strongly about empowering people with the knowledge and tools they need to take control of their health. Supporting clients as they build confidence, feel better, and make meaningful changes is one of the most rewarding aspects of my role.
