Pamela Ballard

I am an Integrative Nutritionist, Mother, Wife, Sister, Aunt, Gardener, Yogi, and have a constant case of wanderlust 🙂

In 2011, I left the software industry and moved right into the Holistic world. I completed my Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner (CNTP) and Master Nutrition Therapist (MNT) Diplomas from the Nutrition Therapy Institute in Denver, CO, one of the top nutrition schools in the country. After Graduation, I opened Ballard Nutrition, my Private Practice in Northern Colorado.

Nutrition therapy is the practice of using food and lifestyle changes to help you meet your health and wellness goals. My passion is not only to educate you, but to inspire you. I believe that with every meal, we are either harming ourselves or ensuring a healthy life. What you leave out of your diet is as important as what you include in your diet.

I love to be out in nature, mostly. I love to be in the yoga studio as much as possible, I love to travel, read, garden, hike, and spend time with my two boys, husband, and pups!
