– Orders placed shall be eligible for a refund provided they are within 30 days of purchase and that the results have not been issued. Should the product be despatched a $20 charge per test shall be applied to cover production, shipping and processing costs.
– Orders over 30 days old, or where results have been issued, are not eligible for any refund.
