Alison Orr

food intolerance expert Ali

I’m Ali – I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist and I’m currently completing the Institute of functional medicines practitioner training (IFMCP). I have always been interested in health and exercise. From growing up as a gymnast to now providing training in weights, pilates and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). I like taking part in team challenges such as Tough Mudder and enjoy being outdoors whenever possible. I also love dogs, travel and Thai food!

As a Nutritional Therapist, I find most of my clients approach me with digestive complaints and weight loss which is where most of my experience lies. However, I also have experience with hormone balancing, autoimmunity and overall general health improvement. I have a real interest in mindset and to motivate clients by helping them realize that they are capable of anything they put their mind to. I find that fixing a client’s mindset is a fundamental step in making dietary changes. When things seem daunting, they can be broken down into manageable and sustainable lifestyle changes.

I thoroughly enjoy what I do; nutrition and exercise was a hobby long before it became my profession. I aim to empower people with knowledge. Helping people make changes, providing them with direction and realizing their full potential are the most fulfilling aspects of my role.
