“Leading a normal, much happier life”

57-year-old IT manager Christine Greenfield had suffered from daily headaches and migraines for at least 10 years before deciding to seek help. Her symptoms significantly impacted her work and social life.

When asked how her symptoms affected her, Christine said: “I’d have to sit in a quiet space after having paracetamol. I couldn’t have the TV on loud. I couldn’t go on social media.”

After trips to her doctor and the optician, where she was told her headaches might be hormone or sight related with no definitive cause, Christine’s sister recommended that she try YorkTest.

After taking a Premium Food Sensitivity Test with YorkTest, Christine discovered that her body was producing IgG antibodies when encountering cow’s milk – results that caught Christine by surprise as she was never told about cutting out milk from her diet.

When asked how she felt after removing her trigger foods, Christine added: “No headaches, finally leading a normal, much happier life”. Christine visibly saw improvements in her symptoms and overall health weeks after removing her food intolerance.

The Premium Food Sensitivity* Test analyses your IgG reactions to 200 food and drinks – from common ingredients like cow’s milk, wheat and egg, to health superfoods like kale and quinoa.

The process, which involves sending a finger-prick blood sample to the company’s laboratories revealed the foods that Christine was reacting to, in an easy-to-read traffic light-style format, indicating which foods were highly reactive and which ones were only slightly reactive.

When asked how she found the elimination process, Christine told us that she found the whole process to be very easy, replacing cow’s milk with oat milk instead. Christine later reintroduced milk chocolate without experiencing unpleasant symptoms. She also found it easier to lose weight – whilst adding that the Customer Care Team were “A++++++” as was the nutritional consultation, where she got valuable advice on which foods to consume to avoid cow’s milk.

When Christine was asked how she would summarize her experience with YorkTest, she concluded with “Life changing”.
