Sarah Brown
I’m Sarah – I’m a qualified nutritional therapist and functional medicine practitioner specializing in digestive health, hormone imbalances, weight management and energy disorders.
Following a career in marketing and recruitment, I trained to become a nutritional therapist, qualifying in 2012. I now hold a diploma from the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition, as well as a BSc in Nutritional Therapy from the University of West London. I am registered with CNHC, ensuring that I work to a strict code of conduct and my professional knowledge and development is constantly up-to-date.
For the past five years, I have worked with clients who experience a range of health conditions, including digestive discomfort, energy imbalances and chronic health disorders, as well as sports enthusiasts looking to improve their performance. I currently combine my work in clinical consultancy in Surrey with writing commitments and specialized nutrition consultancy for the consumer and corporate markets.

Why yorktest?
Before qualifying as a nutritional therapist, I used yorktest to successfully help relieve my digestive symptoms. Now, I’m delighted to be working with the market leader in IgG food sensitivity testing helping customers to understand their reactions to food and supporting them through their programs.
What are the highlights of your role?
Hearing the change in a customer’s tone during our phone consultation is hugely satisfying. Many start off nervous and unsure that they can follow the program but, by the end of the 30-minute call, they are confident and excited at the prospect of making changes. It’s even more rewarding receiving feedback that those changes have often led to dramatic improvements in symptoms.
How to arrange your consultation:
When you have received your results, simply give our friendly Customer Care team a call on 0800 130 0580 to book your 30-minute telephone consultation with one of our nutritional therapists.
Once you have booked a time which is convenient for you, the nutritional therapist will call you to discuss your results and help advise what to do next. It is a good idea to write down any questions you may have before your call to make sure you get the most out of your consultation, as well as having a pen and paper ready to take notes.
Discover your best self through yorktest’s consultations and make the most of your program.
