52-year-old Sales Manager John Mudge was diagnosed with silent reflux and was experiencing feelings of nausea after eating, which was having a big impact on his life. John found himself reluctant to eat out, preferring to snack instead. The thought of eating out was so troublesome that he found himself feeling sick at the mere thought of it. Within a week of removing his trigger foods, John was feeling much healthier and better. He found that the nausea had gone, the silent reflux had eased, and his stomach felt better. He said it was hard to describe, but he felt that the constant dull stomach ache had gone. On top of all of this, he had lost 8lbs and felt better for it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
