50-year-old housewife Cara Smith was suffering from a multitude of symptoms, including fatigue, widespread pain, insomnia, and reflux. She also found that she had itchy skin, bloating, and other forms of pain. She suffered for many years, and her symptoms were an overall detriment to her life. Cara then worked with our \u2018very helpful\u2019 nutritional team to remove the trigger foods from her diet. She did this gradually as she found this worked better for her. Slowly but surely, week by week, her symptoms started to get better. While it wasn\u2019t instant, she found that, after two months, her symptoms were notably better, and this led to some positive effects.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cara found that her life changed for the better. She went on holiday to Italy, which was the first time she had been able to fly in over six years, and she found that she could do more activities with her son. Her improvement led to a much more optimistic outlook on life, and she found herself ready to start the new year in a better place. While big life events, such as a big birthday and a holiday, made it difficult to stick to her diet plan, for the most part, she holds to her diet, and she is all the better for it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
