I completed my\u00a0<strong>Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner (CNTP)<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Master Nutrition Therapist (MNT)<\/strong>\u00a0Diplomas from the Nutrition Therapy Institute in Denver, CO, one of the top nutrition schools in the country. After Graduation, I opened\u00a0<strong>Ballard Nutrition<\/strong>, my Private Practice in Northern Colorado.<\/p>\n<p>Nutrition therapy is the practice of using food and lifestyle changes to help you meet your health and wellness goals. My passion is not only to educate you, but to inspire you. I believe that with every meal, we are either harming ourselves or ensuring a healthy life. What you leave out of your diet is as important as what you include in your diet.<\/p>\n<p>I love to be out in nature, mostly.
