I relocated to the Lake District, so I am lucky to now practise in this lovely area.\u00a0 I trained at the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition and I am a member of the CNHC which are regulatory bodies for nutritional therapists.<\/p>\n<p>I was originally inspired to study nutrition after suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. As my condition improved significantly through seeking nutritional advice and support, I wanted to help others who might benefit from a change in diet and lifestyle. Although I work with people who are looking for a nutritional approach to managing a wide range of health issues, I continue to have a special interest in Chronic Fatigue\/ME\/Fibromyalgia because my personal experience helps me to relate to clients with these conditions.<\/p>\n<h2>Accreditations \/ Education and Registrations<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)<\/li>\n<li>Diploma in Nutritional Therapy, Institute of Optimum Nutrition<\/li>\n<li>FdSc in Nutrition, University of Bedfordshire<\/li>\n<li>Functional Medicine Practitioner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Why yorktest?<\/h2>\n<p>yorktest is unique in offering support from a registered nutritional therapist to help clients understand their test results and to provide guidance on the elimination of foods from the diet. \u00a0This service is a great benefit to clients, ensuring they continue to maintain a balanced diet.<\/p>\n<h2>What are the highlights of your role?<\/h2>\n<p>I have consulted for yorktest for over 7 years now and I find great satisfaction in helping clients improve their health and wellbeing through a change in diet and lifestyle.
