She later worked across multiple R&amp;D organisations, leading the development and validation of innovative diagnostic tests for both hospital and consumer health settings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dr Gill, who joined YorkTest in 2005 and retired in July 2025, was instrumental in building the company into the UK market leader in <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">food intolerance, food allergy<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">health testing<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. As a member of the Royal Society of Biology, Rob brings deep scientific expertise and a strong commitment to quality and safety.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout his career, Rob has specialised in laboratory governance, Quality Assurance, and the delivery of accurate, reliable diagnostic testing. Angie has worked extensively within the NHS, analysing potentially infectious samples using both manual and automated laboratory techniques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Angie is highly experienced in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensures all laboratory practices comply with ISO 15189, ISO 13485, and UKAS standards.
