I also hold an MSc in Health Fitness Management and Nutrition from The American University, Washington DC.<\/p>\n<p>After 20+ years in Europe, I am back in the metropolitan Milwaukee, Wisconsin area, working in a Naturopathic Clinic. It\u2019s also a good news story, as it\u2019s not a lifetime elimination of the particular trigger foods. Most clients can happily reintroduce their reactive foods if they are diligent in the elimination phase.  The best part is that most of my clients end up eating better overall.
