I have always been interested in health and exercise. From growing up as a gymnast to now providing training in weights, pilates and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). I like taking part in team challenges such as Tough Mudder and enjoy being outdoors whenever possible. I also love dogs, travel and Thai food!<\/p>\n<p>As a Nutritional Therapist, I find most of my clients approach me with digestive complaints and weight loss which is where most of my experience lies. However, I also have experience with hormone balancing, autoimmunity and overall general health improvement. I have a real interest in mindset and to motivate clients by helping them realise that they are capable of anything they put their mind to. I find that fixing a client\u2019s mindset is a fundamental step in making dietary changes. When things seem daunting, they can be broken down into manageable and sustainable lifestyle changes.<\/p>\n<p>I thoroughly enjoy what I do; nutrition and exercise was a hobby long before it became my profession. I aim to empower people with knowledge. I have the opportunity to work with many clients from a range of backgrounds who are looking for support in different areas of their health. I aim to provide information that is individually tailored to them.<\/p>\n<h2>What are the highlights of your role?<\/h2>\n<p>I take pride that I can provide people with information that can really\u00a0impact their lives.
