As a Lead Generation Executive at YorkTest you will be responsible for successfully instigating new growth opportunities within our health and wellbeing corporate channel.

Core Tasks:

– Build new business opportunities by building trust and contacts with potential clients

– To investigate new opportunities through research methods, outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn

– To achieve and exceed the monthly financials and KPI targets set.

– Keeping up to date within the health and wellbeing arena to support your continued knowledge within this field.

– Maintaining and updating our corporate database.

– Constantly seeking new opportunities to maximise sales opportunities across the Health and Wellbeing sector.


– Must have excellent call, lead generation and appointment setting skills

– Experience in initiating primary contact with C-levels, Directors, and Managers

– Strong follow-up skills on leads and referrals until closure

– Excellent communication skills: the ability to call, connect & interact with prospects

– Positive can-do attitude.


Reporting to our Head of Sales & Customer Care, this is now mainly a desk-based position; and is based at our Head Office in York.
