We’re delighted to announce that we’ve been shortlisted for two awards in a prestigious national awards scheme.
It has just been revealed that we’re finalists in the Best Health & Wellbeing and Best Customer Centric Culture (Strategy/Project) categories in the UK Customer Experience Awards.
The awards scheme is in its ninth year and has become the biggest customer experience event of its kind in the world, recognising inspiring organisations who are delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Our CEO, Rachel Jansen, says: “We’re thrilled that we have been nominated for not one but two awards in the UK Customer Experience Awards.
“The journey our customers go on and the experience they receive is paramount to us and shapes everything we do.

Our exceptional Customer Engagement Strategy (CES) comprises of supportive one-to-one consultation calls, messages, texts and letters.
“As a health and wellness focused business, we saw this as a fantastic opportunity to ensure that all of our customers achieve the maximum benefits from our programmes.
“These regular engagements help our customers to successfully stick with their programmes and feel supported, and because of our continuous contact with our customers, they recommend their tests to their families and friends.
“Our mission is to provide exceptional wellness related testing and support services that empower people and businesses to take action to improve their health and quality of life.
“We have more than 35 years’ worth of experience in diagnostic testing and are chosen by 50% of the UK food intolerance testing market.
“We began trading in just two countries, in the UK and Ireland, and now trades in 49 territories with plans to expand further.”
The UK Customer Experience Awards are a two-stage process – an application and a presentation. Having been shortlisted after submitting our applications, we’ll now start putting our presentations together ready for the awards finals and ceremony, which takes place on October 11 at Wembley Stadium.
We’re really looking forward to the final and ceremony, showcasing our presentations to demonstrate the work we do in helping empower people to improve their health, and seeing everyone else’s presentations on the day.
