I’m Sandra. I relocated to the Lake District, so I am lucky to now practise in this lovely area. I trained at the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition and I am a member of the CNHC which are regulatory bodies for nutritional therapists.
I was originally inspired to study nutrition after suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. As my condition improved significantly through seeking nutritional advice and support, I wanted to help others who might benefit from a change in diet and lifestyle. Although I work with people who are looking for a nutritional approach to managing a wide range of health issues, I continue to have a special interest in Chronic Fatigue/ME/Fibromyalgia because my personal experience helps me to relate to clients with these conditions.

What are the highlights of your role?
I have consulted for YorkTest for over 7 years now and I find great satisfaction in helping clients improve their health and wellbeing through a change in diet and lifestyle. It is extremely rewarding.
How to arrange your consultation:
When you have received your results, simply give our friendly Customer Care team a call on 0800 130 0580 to book your 30-minute telephone consultation with one of our nutritional therapists.
Once you have booked a time which is convenient for you, the nutritional therapist will call you to discuss your results and help advise what to do next. It is a good idea to write down any questions you may have before your call to make sure you get the most out of your consultation, as well as having a pen and paper ready to take notes.
Discover your best self through YorkTest’s consultations and make the most of your programme.
