Before taking a YorkTest, Andrea suffered from bloating and regular migraines. She had migraines at least once a week and bloating happened after eating out.
Andrea’s trigger foods included cow’s milks and corn/maize. Once she removed her food intolerance it took only three weeks until there was a noticeable difference in her health.

“I am still following the diet plan, and to my amazement after 25 years I have almost stopped my migraines completely. Since starting the diet I have only had 2 migraines in total, which is huge!”
