to be Gluten Free’ daytime practical courses.
LucyCooks have always been ‘allergy aware’ and have courses dedicated to those
with intolerances of varying kinds. The ‘Gluten Free’ Days are generally dedicated
to creating all those things you think you’ll never be able to eat again. Let
the LucyCooks chefs show you how to make the most of the alternative ‘grains’
to make cakes, bread and pastry and how to put the elasticity back into your baking
to create delicious goodies that not only taste great, but will not make you unwell
– and give you the confidence to recreate the dishes at home.
Other specialist courses include – Dairy Free and Fat Free days. LucyCooks are
also able to create bespoke courses within this sector for specific groups e.g.
carers, health workers and teachers etc.
