October Newsletter

With Autumn just around the corner, this edition of the YorkTest newsletter looks at ways that we can get our immune system ready for winter.

We also have news of the latest piece of research that has linked inflammation to food intolerance which may help people with IBS, bloating, skin disorders and arthritis.

At YorkTest, we always like to buy and eat local foods that are in season, and as we are nearing the end of the British tomato season we have included a delicious free-from recipe for stuffed tomatoes.

For those of you that like to learn about food intolerance, we have 10 things you may not know about food intolerance and a special offer on the First Step food intolerance test.
